Store The Air at 0°F / minus 18°C or colder. Keep it in the freezer until the moment it goes in the oven. Bake from frozen, never thaw first.
Never refreeze a thawed pie
If a pie has fully thawed, do not refreeze it. Bake it right away or discard it. If a delivery arrives thawed, contact us and we will make it right.
Best-by date
Use by the best-by date printed on the box.
Bake it through
Follow the bake instructions on the box. The pie is ready when the cheese edge is deeply caramelized and the center is bubbling.
Leftovers
