Do I thaw it first?
No. Bake from frozen. Thawing lets the dough go slack and you lose the crunch.
How long does it keep?
Until the best-by date on the box, as long as it stays frozen solid.
Can I refreeze it?
Not once it has fully thawed. Bake it right away or let us make it right.
