Summary

The Air is a frozen, perishable food. We ship it frozen solid on dry ice in insulated packaging, and only on days that keep it moving. If it arrives thawed, we make it right.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States: the 48 connected states and Washington, D.C. [CONFIRM ANY ADDITIONAL STATES OR EXCLUSIONS]. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses, because transit times are too long for dry ice.

Ship days and cutoff

  • We ship on [SHIP DAYS, e.g. MONDAY AND TUESDAY] only, so no box sits in a warehouse over a weekend.

Packaging

Every order ships in an insulated liner with dry ice, packed to keep the pies frozen for the full transit window plus a buffer of [X] hours. The liner and box are [RECYCLING OR REUSE NOTE].

Your address

Please double-check your address before you order. Frozen food cannot be rerouted easily. If you enter an incomplete or incorrect address, we cannot replace or refund a package that is delayed, returned, or delivered to that address. Contact us within [X] hours of ordering to fix an address before it ships.

When your box arrives

  1. Bring it inside as soon as possible. Do not leave it in the sun.
  2. Move the pies straight into your freezer.
  3. Keep them at 0°F / minus 18°C or colder until you bake.

Dry ice safety

Dry ice is extremely cold and can burn skin.

  • Do not touch it with bare hands. Use gloves or tongs.
  • Do not eat it, and keep it away from children and pets.
  • Do not seal it in an airtight container, and do not put it in your freezer.
  • Let any leftover dry ice sublimate in a well-ventilated area.

Delays and weather holds

If severe weather, carrier disruptions, or holidays would put your pies at risk, we may hold your order until the next safe ship day. We will email you if we do. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but if a delay causes your pies to arrive thawed, see our refund policy.
